HEART - Housing Engagement Action Response Team

HEART is an assistance line available for all resident students between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Whenever a resident needs to contact hall staff for assistance, the HEART desk will connect them with the right source. HEART responders will field all resident concerns and dispatch the appropriate staff members to assist. You can call HEART at (229) 253-4000 or from any campus phone by dialing x4000. HEART responders can assist, but not limited to helping with: lockouts, emergency maintenance concerns, quiet/courtesy hours, or interpersonal conflict.
