Application Deadlines
For admission to the Graduate Program in Communication Disorders, the following paperwork must be submitted to the Graduate School:

Completed application for Graduate School (this may also be completed online)

Medical forms (forms are available at the Graduate School page)

Copies of transcripts from all colleges and/or universities attended
Deadlines for applications are as follows:
For Summer admission, the deadline for application is 5:00 pm on October 1.
For Fall admission, the deadline for application is 5:00 pm on March 1.
For Spring admission, the deadline for application is 5:00 pm on July 1.
Grade Point Average
Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 Scale. GPA will be calculated on all attempted undergraduate coursework in which a letter grade was awarded.
Meeting the minimum criteria for application for graduate school does not guarantee admission to the communication sciences and disorders program. It should be noted that the pool of applicants for the program includes many highly qualified applicants, and the number of available positions is limited. Therefore, admission to the communication sciences and disorders program is highly competitive.
Résumé
The résumé should include verifiable, field-related life, service hours, and/or research experiences.
Personal Statement
The personal statement should include a brief description of the skills, research/professional interests, and accomplishments and other areas of success related to the field of communication sciences and disorders.
