Transient Request Form

This form is for VSU students wishing to be transient to another University System of Georgia institution. All fields are required.
  • I understand that the only financial aid that will transfer to another institution is HOPE Scholarship/Zell Miller Scholarship and any VA Educational Benefit.
  • I understand that I must pay any charges incurred at my host institution, unless I am a VA recipient using Chapter 31 or Chapter 33 for tuition and fees only.
    • Acknowledgment of the statements above to be true means that you understand that the only financial aid that will transfer to another institution is HOPE Scholarship/Zell Miller Scholarship and any VA Educational Benefit and that you must pay any charges incurred at your host institution. Students taking courses at multiple institutions should be aware that VSU cannot credit any hours taken at another institution until the consortium agreement has been received and processed.
