VSU HOPE Processing Application Instructions:

Visit https://valdosta.studentforms.com to complete the VSU HOPE Processing Application:


• Click the “Manage Requests” link in the top/right corner of the page.
• Choose “HOPE/Zell Miller Application - Valdosta” from the list of forms.
• Proceed to follow the prompts to explain why you are completing the form and then fill out and sign the form.
• Click the “Submit” button after signing the form and uploading documents (if applicable).

 If you have not completed the FAFSA and do not plan on completing the FAFSA, please see below:

  • Students that have not completed a FAFSA within the last 3 years and therefore do not have access to this online form should complete the Alternate VSU HOPE/Zell Miller Processing form.
  • Please allow at least 48 hours for the VSU Financial Aid office to review submitted documents.
