Due Dates and Actions Steps for the 2024 Employee Performance Evaluation Process

July 1, 2024  - September 13, 2024

Supervisor conducts in-person Mid-Year (January 01 - June 30) check-in with employee.

Now- September 5, 2024

Supervisor should review "Reports To" information of employees in OneUSG and submit PAR to update (if necessary).

August 28, 2024 – September 30, 2024

Supervisor enters the 2024 Performance Goals that were created and discussed with employee into the e-Performance system

January 2, 2025 – January 31, 2025

Employee completes the Self Evaluation and submits to supervisor through the e-Performance System

February 1, 2025 – February 28, 2025

Supervisor completes annual evaluation of employee through the e-Performance System

February 1, 2025 – March 21, 2025

Supervisor discusses annual evaluation with employee (in person)

February 1, 2025 – March 28, 2025

Employee acknowledges annual evaluation through the e-Performance System

**Employees hired on or after July 1, 2024 will NOT receive an annual evaluation for 2024.**

The Annual Review Process should be completed by March 28, 2025
