Drink Refund Request

Please complete the fields below if you need to request a drink refund:

  • If you attempt to pay with FLEX or with cash, the refund will be processed to your FLEX account
  • If you attempt to pay with a debit/credit card, please contact your bank to dispute the transaction (we do not have access to those transactions)
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original transaction
  • If all fields are not completed, the request cannot be processed.
    • The more information you can provide about the specific vending machine, the more quickly your refund can be processed.
