VSU Announces Spring 2023 Dean's List

VALDOSTA — Valdosta State University congratulates those students who earned a spot on the Spring 2023 Dean's List.

Dean's List honors are reserved for the highest achieving students at VSU. The Spring 2023 Dean's List recognizes more than 1,600 distinguished and accomplished students for exemplifying excellence in the attainment of their educational goals.

To qualify for Dean's List at VSU, students must achieve a semester grade point average of 3.50 or higher on nine or more semester hours with an institutional grade point average of 3.00 or higher. Please note that developmental studies, transient, and graduate students are not eligible for Dean's List status.

VSU's Spring 2023 Dean's List features students from 26 states — the top five being Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Alabama, and North Carolina. The other states represented are Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. 

VSU's Spring 2023 Dean's List also features students from 14 countries — Australia, Bahamas, Belize, Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic, Germany, Honduras, Nigeria, Republic of South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.
