Severe Thunderstorm Warning - 11:52pm

The National Weather Service has just issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for northern Lowndes County to include Valdosta that is in effect until 12:15pm. A strong band of quickly moving thunderstorms is expected to move through our area within the next half hour. They are predicting the storm to reach West Valdosta by around 11:55am. These storms are expected to be brief but strong, with wind gusts of up to 50 mph possible. Please urge all of your personnel to use caution if they are out in this storm.
