Convocation Air Times; Important Dates

VALDOSTA - President Ronald M. Zaccari will give his final convocation on Friday, Jan. 4, 2008, officially beginning spring semester.

The president’s remarks will be aired live on VSU-TV, Cable Channel 11 (Mediacom), and will be re-aired on a taped delayed basis at 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, Saturday, Jan. 5, and Monday, Jan. 7. Administrative offices reopened on Tuesday, Jan. 2; residence halls will reopen Thursday, Jan. 3. The beginning of spring semester will be exciting eventful with continuous construction for Hopper Hall and two parking decks. All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to proceed around construction areas with caution.
