VSU's African-American Studies presents 'A One Man Show'

Valdosta State University's African-American Studies will present, "The Soul of Langston: A One Man Show," on February 16, 2006, at 7 p.m., in the Hugh C. Bailey Science Center Auditorium. Writer, actor and producer Daron Stewart will portray the life of the Harlem Renaissance poet, Langston Hughes.

Stewart's presentation is the second in the African-American Studies Lecture Series being offered at VSU during Black History Month. The third and final presentation in the series will feature the Boys Choir of Tallahassee on February 25, at 5 p.m., in Whitehead Auditorium.
