Digital Signage Request

This form can be used by VSU departments and student organizations to submit requests to include your content on campus digital signage. All requests will need to be approved and prioritized. As a result, we strongly recommend submitting your content as far in advance of the publish date you are requesting as possible. 

Note: Please keep in mind that all submission must utilize one of the templates provided by the Office of Strategic Communications. You can acquire these templates by sending an email to communications@valdosta.edu.
