The Center for Gift Studies strives to spread awareness of and establish support for evidence-based holistic and equitable talent development practices for children, youth, and adults. We provide resources and services for people with gifts and talents, parents, and educators (including but not limited to teachers, counselors, and paraprofessionals). In order to better serve each viewer, the Center’s resources have been broken down into the following areas:
- What is gifted? Offering a quick introduction for those new to the field of gifted and talented
- Local services provided by the Center, Valdosta State University, and the region that may benefit individuals with gifts and talents
- Resources in Different Topics provides sources from different professional organization to help in many areas of giftedness including starting out, assessments,
