Supervisor Expectations:
- Manages custom Microsoft Teams requests for students VSU online courses.
- Supports the virtual desktop environment used in student labs, classroom, and online courses.
- Develops and supports user account automation scripts that establish student access to resources using PowerShell.
- Creates and manages email address aliases used by students, faculty, and staff.
- Supports the Ivanti ITSM system that runs the Information Technology work order ticketing system.
