SLATE Access

To gain access to the system, a completed and signed access form must be submitted to the Office of Strategic Research & Analysis. The form will be reviewed to determine if access can be granted, if revisions are needed, or if access cannot be approved.

You can access the SLATE Faculty Portal by logging into MyVSU with your VSU credentials. Below is a quick access guide for downloading.

Each course includes a class roster with enrolled students and at-a-glance information. Faculty can email students and advisors, navigate to BANNER, and submit early alerts. FAQs

Only faculty teaching at least one course will have a course list generated, granting them access to the class roster. Faculty without a course assignment will not have access to the class roster until they are assigned to teach.

Only faculty at least one assigned advisee will have the tab option, granting them access to quick resources for advising students. Faculty without assigned advisees will not have the option available to select.
