PSST Offers Early Bird Season Memberships Through March 1
Early bird memberships are now available for the 2025 Peach State Summer Theatre season. The cost is $63, including all taxes and fees. These memberships may be purchased through the online box office at www.valdosta.edu/psst.

VSU Professor, Scientist Discusses Infectious Diseases at Café Scientifique Dec. 5
The College of Science and Mathematics at Valdosta State University will present Café Scientifique from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 5, at The Network Coffee Shop. This event is open to the public. Dr. Eric Chambers, associate professor in the Department of Biology at VSU, invites anyone interested in promoting engagement with science to come out and discuss his area of expertise — infectious diseases.

PSST Earns 50 Broadway World Award Nominations
Peach State Summer Theatre has earned a total of 50 nominations across 13 categories of the 2024 Broadway World Tallahassee Awards. Now it’s up to fans, friends, and family to decide who will win. Winners will be announced January 2025.

DeAnnia Clements Named 2024 Distinguished Alumna of the Year
Valdosta State University recently honored DeAnnia Clements of Irwinville, Georgia, with its 2024 College of Humanities and Social Sciences Distinguished Alumna of the Year Award. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1996.

Zach Blankenship Named 2024 Graduate of the Last Decade
Valdosta State University recently honored Zach Blankenship of Savannah, Georgia, with its 2024 Graduate of the Last Decade Award. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Minor in Computer Science in 2021.
