VSU’s College of Arts and Sciences Talks Gun Control, Second Amendment Feb. 7

VALDOSTA — The Valdosta State University College of Arts and Sciences Speaker Series will continue with “Gun Control and the Second Amendment” at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 7, in the Hugh C. Bailey Science Center Auditorium.

Faculty, staff, students, retirees, alumni, and friends of the university are welcome to attend.

Scheduled to speak are Brian Childress, chief of the Valdosta Police Department; Alan Rowe, interim director of public safety and chief of the VSU Police Department; and Dr. V. James Strickler, an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science at VSU.
